Coming out of the closet is perhaps the most difficult decision that LBGTQ+ individuals choose to make. I decided to celebrate the courage it takes by painting the outcome of the decision.  Depicting the support of a great community of others who had made the decision before them seemed a way to illustrate the abundance of love that will pour out to them and accept them for who they are, the way they are, and the precious people they are.
